WLJT Group Completes Strategic Investment in Macao NexMatrix

Macao WLJT Group Limited announced the completion of its strategic investment in Macao NexMatrix Technology Limited, becoming its shareholder. This is a key move by the Group in digital technology and go-global services.

NexMatrix is a Macao-centered one-stop go-global platform that drives sustainable brand growth with an AI social media matrix system. Its business reaches a market of more than 530 million monthly active users across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, supported by a network of over 100 professional consultants worldwide.

Its flagship hardware, NEXUS ONE, integrates 5G CPE, an OpenWrt professional router, ARM-based virtual Android multi-instances and a local AI engine, running up to 24 independent Android instances on a single device. Together with a compliant Macao springboard channel, it provides integrated infrastructure for brands going global.

The Group believes that Chinese brands are evolving from "exporting products" to "going global with brands and technology". NexMatrix's integrated capabilities across hardware, software, content, consulting and operations are highly complementary to the Group's cross-border resource network.

Following the investment, the Group will support NexMatrix's development through capital, governance and cross-border resources, helping it deepen the dual-circulation network of "front office in Macao, operations in the hinterland".
